On the 24/12/2010, an overwhelming majority of the shareholders of EQF voted in favour of the acquisition of Incito Group Limited, Chesterfields Finanical Services and Cochrane Shaw Capital Management. Following the resolutions, Incito Group Limited becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of EQF and owns Chesterfields Financial Services and Cochrane Shaw Capital Management 58% and 75% respectively.
