EQF'S investment strategy focuses on gaining an exposure to the Australian equities market via unit trusts and a direct portfolio of Australian listed equities. In addition, our subsidiary Incito Group seeks to make acquisitions of unlisted Wealth Management businesses.
Our investment philosophy is based on our observation that once scale is achieved in financial services organizations their value increases disproportionately to their earnings growth. This is due to the margin improvements that scale enables via improved bargaining power, process enhancement, brand development and distribution efficiencies. Equities & Freeholds therefore seeks to provide a means for disparate advisory and or manufacturing businesses to gain scale and share in these valuation improvements through a joint ownership structure.
